List Bandit Tested

Unless you have been living under a rock this past week you have heard about Gary Ambrose’s new viral list building site List Bandit.
It is very similar in many ways to his older site Your Lucky List but with a couple added twists. I have been looking forward to the launch of this site ever since Gary hinted towards a new site like this in the works back in Seattle. I was excited about it for a couple of reasons.
The first was I remember YLL launching and how responsive my mailings were. I was also excited about it since YLL was my first list building type of site to use and I have learned a lot since that launch till now and couldn’t wait to start over fresh with my new knowledge and see just how much potential there could be doing it right from the beginning.
My waiting came to an end last week when the doors were opened and the promotions started. I of course took the OTO and became a flawless diamond member. This gave me 2000 random prospects to mail to every three days for the next year. To me it was a no brainer it is a huge savings over the normal cost to upgrade and from past experience with YourLuckyList I knew it would be worth it even at full price.
For the past week the system mailer has been disabled. This gave them time to build the site and make sure there were enough people in the system to actually mail out to all of those promised. I was able to send my first message out through the mailer today and all I can say is it was well worth the wait.
It has been about five hours since I hit the send message button on the system mailer. With the bonus’s and referrals made over the past week my mailing was slated to go out to 2737 list bandit members. I just took a look at my stats so far and I have had 364 members click on my link and 208 have opted into my list to receive my offer.
That is bout a 7.5 percent opt in rate for the mailing but that is assuming all 2738 members have checked their email, which after only five hours I am sure is not the case, and this is my first mailing this week. I still have two more to go this week.
If your not sure how to go about testing your results to get the best results or how to track the results you are getting I suggest a quick and simple guide I wrote about using Your Lucky List Here.
As I said I learned a lot about how to better use YLL over the past couple of years and I put all of those methods into an easy to follow guide, and todays results so far from List Bandit tell me the methods will work the same there as well. So make sure you get the guide and don’t miss out on any of the potential List Bandit has.
