Just a quick update to let you know where things are with the self imposed challenge.

So whats new so far in 2010?

Well yesterday marked the first big TE launch of the year, with ThumbVu hitting the streets with full force and over 1,000 new members in the first 24 hours. They are shooting for 5,000 members in the first week and if the first 24 are any indication they should be able to pull it off.

Also today marks the closing of Paul Kinder and my  TE Christmas. 15 exchanges are giving away a ton of prizes today and there are some killer credit deals available too. But hurry since today is the last day for it.

Other than that there is a lot in the works trying to keep MTP growing and flowing, adding new updates to the 13 deadly books, a few new projects in the works and even more in the planing stages.

2010 is looking to be a great year for a lot of people as a lot of 2009′s hard work surfaces in the form of new products and ideas in the new year. Looking forward to continuing some of the great friendships and partnerships that were formed last year and getting out and making new connections with people this year.

If you read a lot of marketing forums you will see that there are plenty of people that don’t beleive in the power of using Traffic Exchanges. I myself know better and even wrote a book about how to use them effectivly.

Another form of traffic generation that is also dismissed by many is safelists. I can see why they have been given a bad name, with all of the auto-submitters and email box cleaners ect..

But to group all safelists together is like saying there is no difference between a auoto and manual traffic exchange.

It is compairing apples and oranges.

You see with safelists you have two options, there is the regular old ones, and there are credit based ones. THe credit based ones work similar to a manual traffic exchange and they do work.

My Freind Soren Jordanson, wrote a book about how to effectivly use safelists about a year ago. It was taken off the shelf for a little while but after such a continue demand for it it has been updated and re-released.

I consider this book to be much like 13deadly TE Tragedies, except for it gives you the details on how to get better results from safelists.

If you are using one you should be using both becuase the traffic you can generate from safelists and traffic exchanges together is exactly what you need to get your business started or boost your current business to the next level.
